Caning in the headmaster's office.

In this video clip of outstandingly poor picture quality, we see four high-school students caned on the seat of the trousers, two strokes each, as they stand facing the desk. Unfortunately it is a discontinuous film of "edited highlights" so one cannot discern the context, and the soundtrack is confusing too. But it is all we have from Zambia at the moment. School CP has notionally been banned since 2004 but, as so often in Africa, the law is evidently not enforced.
