Strap Ordered for Youths
Welland, Sept. 19. -- Jack Flagg and Francis Barrick of Wainfleet, both aged 17, were sentenced by Magistrate J.C. Massie today to five strokes of the strap. They pleaded guilty to breaking into the premises of Alvin Barrick, a brother to Francis Barrick, Wainfleet, and taking $5 on Sept. 11.
