United States Schools - birthday paddling
"Mikey Getting Paddled"
A young American, presumably a student, though he could possibly be a junior teacher, gets one whack of the paddle in a school classroom, date and location unknown.
This is carried out amid much jocularity and I assume it is a "birthday spanking". As such it is not really "corporal punishment", but I include it here, partly for fun -- it is always good to see people enjoying themselves -- but also because the implement being deployed looks to be the school's real paddle, and the mature lady teacher appears to have some experience in the matter.
